The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) sent home its employees at 12 noon today (Tuesday, June 21, 2011) due to 'heavy rains, strong winds and flooding brought by the outgoing Typhoon Egay and incoming Typhoon Falcon." Its emergency management services and tourism services were excluded.
