Meralco to acquire majority in the 600-megawatt Subic Bay plant

The Manila Electric Company (Meralco) disclosed to the Philippine Stock Exchange that its board approved the acquisition of shares in Redondo Peninsula Energy (RP Energy), the company that will build the 600 mega-watt power plant in Subic Bay.
